Our prices

Prices:

The indicated prices are to be understood per day at a minimum stay of 5 nights (without board).

The supplement for short stays from 3 to 4 nights is equal to 5,00 € per person and day in the classic apartments and 10,00 € per person and day in the new apartments.

Local tax:

In addition to the mentioned prices, a specific local tax must be paid on site. The tax equals 2,50 € per day and person from 14 year.

Reservation & deposit:

Reservations are only valid in case of a written confirmation from both parties. Early bookings require a deposit of 30% of the total amount.

Payment option:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept EC or credit cards. You are welcome to pay the remaining amount one week before your arrival by bank transfer.

Arrival & departure:

At the arrival day, your apartment is ready at 2 pm. Please let us know your approximate arrival time, so we can welcome you personally. At the departure day, we ask you to leave your apartments for final cleaning until 9:30 am. Otherwise, we have to charge you one more day.

Cancellations:

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code* is not contemplated, however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal. If a deposit (early bookings) was made, it is withhold at any case. Cancellations until 120 days before arrival are free. Cancellations made after this period until 30 days before arrival are charged with 50% of the total price. Cancellations from 29 days before arrival are charged with 90% of the booked stay. In case of anticipated departed, you are obliged to pay the entire apartment price.

Travel insurance:

to avoid inconveniences and costs of an eventual cancellation, we advise you to undertake a travel insurance policy from the Unione Albergatori e Pubblici Esercenti (HGV). Here you can find information for undertaking such insurance.

Dear smokers:

We would like to inform you that smoking is only allowed in the outside area.

Pets:

Dogs are not allowed in the new apartments & in the high season.
